Karima Mulji is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure planning, design and construction, and project management. Currently she is the Director of Engineering Projects and Development Services at the City of Vancouver, overseeing the Development and Major Projects, Project Delivery and Land Survey branches in Engineering Services.

She has a keen interest in fostering diverse, high-performing teams that can work creatively and collaboratively, and have a strong sense of belonging.

Karima holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
